Terms of Service &
Usage Protocols.
Last Updated: February 12, 2026 | Version 2.5.0
01. Acceptance of Protocols
By accessing or using the MathAISolver platform (including the Axiom-1 Engine, API, and associated educational resources), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from accessing the neural engine.
02. Educational Integrity Policy
The Tool vs. Crutch Distinction:
MathAISolver is engineered as a pedagogical verification tool, not an academic dishonesty aid. Users agree NOT to utilize the Axiom-1 Engine to:
- Generate answers during proctored examinations.
- Plagiarize step-by-step logic for graded assignments without attribution.
- Bypass educational firewalls or restrictions.
Warning: We cooperate with academic institutions. Patterns of usage indicative of automated exam solving (e.g., high-frequency queries during standard exam hours) may result in IP bans.
03. Computational Accuracy Disclaimer
While the Axiom-1 Engine utilizes symbolic verification to achieve >99.9% accuracy on standard calculus and algebra problems, it is a software system subject to limitations.
MathAISolver is provided “AS IS”. We expressly disclaim all liability for:
- Errors in calculation or logic derivation.
- Academic failure resulting from reliance on our outputs.
- Hallucinations in the semantic parsing layer (LLM components).
04. Affiliate & Monetization Disclosure
To keep the core Axiom-1 Engine free for students, MathAISolver participates in various affiliate marketing programs.
Transparency Statement: When you click on links to human tutors, study guides, or premium educational platforms (e.g., “Connect with a PhD Tutor”), we may earn a commission. This does not affect the price you pay, but it helps fund our server costs. We only recommend services that meet our strict pedagogical standards.
05. Data Sovereignty (Zero-Log)
We adhere to a strict Ephemeral Processing Policy. Mathematical queries submitted to the engine are processed in real-time volatile memory and are not persisted in long-term databases. We do not build user profiles based on your math homework.
*Exceptions: Non-identifiable meta-data (e.g., “Calculus Integration Success Rate”) may be aggregated for system optimization.
06. Intellectual Property
The “Axiom-1 Neural Engine”, the “Scientific Blueprint” interface, and the underlying symbolic logic algorithms are the exclusive property of MathAISolver Inc. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell access to our API without a commercial license.
